Therapeutic Guidelines - website access and app

Therapeutic Guidelines has recently launched a new version of their web platform and app. SA Health staff who use the app version will need to update to the new app to ensure they are viewing the most recent content.

Issues with offsite access

We're currently experiencing issues with accessing Therapeutic Guidelines using a library login. We are working with the vendor to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.

If you are working remotely or on a personal device, please be patient with the Therapeutic Guidelines website. The content will eventually load but there can be a significant delay.

• The website navigation and header load immediately once you've logged in, but the content can take up to 1.5 minutes to load. We recommend you wait for a least one minute before clicking onto different guidelines until the pages load correctly.
• This error is only occurring the first time you access the platform, and does not usually occur on subsequent logins.

New app

A new version of the Therapeutic Guidelines app has also been released. SA Health staff will need to install the new app, as content in the previous version of the app is no longer being updated.
