Christmas and New Year requests
Due to reduced staffing capacity and closures of other national libraries from 23rd December to 2nd January 2025, there may be delays in fulfilling article requests.
No urgent article requests will be accepted during this time. For any queries, please contact staff on health.libraryloans@sa.gov.au or via Online Chat
Request a book or article
Use this service to request a book, an article or other resources that are not available from the library.
- The service is available to all SA Health employees who are current library members.
- You must register for a library account to make requests.
- You must abide by the conditions of this service.
If your request is required for URGENT patient care you must contact the library via Chat or phone to ensure your request is prioritised. Urgent requests are processed between the hours of 8:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
