Therapeutic Guidelines - Website access and app

We're currently experiencing issues with accessing Therapeutic Guidelines using a library login. We are working with the vendor to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.

If you are at an SA Health site, please use the Therapeutic Guidelines available on the Quick Access page: https://sahealthlibrary.sa.gov.au/onsite

If you are working remotely, please be patient with the Therapeutic Guidelines website. The website navigation and header load immediately once you've logged in, but the content can take up to 1.5 minutes to load. We recommend you wait for one minute before clicking onto different guidelines until the pages load correctly. This error is only occurring the first time you access the platform, and does not usually occur on subsequent logins.

LibKey Nomad in Edge

The LibKey Nomad browser extension is currently not working in Edge (when trying to use LibKey, the 'select organisation' screen displays a loading circle icon and doesn't progress to the next stage). The issue has been reported to the vendor although there is no timeframe for resolution.

Chrome and other browsers are not affected by the issue.

Remote access to library resources
Saturday 21 to Sunday 22 December

On Saturday 21 December from 15:30 the system that allows remote access to library resources (EZproxy) will be unavailable for up to six hours due to maintenance. This will be resolved by Sunday 22 December 04:30.

Please use resources on the Quick Access page if you are at a SA Health site during this time or try again later if unavailable.

Request a book or article system
Saturday 21 to Sunday 22 December

On Saturday 21 December from 15:30 the system that allows library users to request a book or article (Tipasa) will be unavailable for up to six hours due to maintenance. This will be resolved by Sunday 22 December 04:30.

Please request books and articles needed during this time by emailing health.libraryloans@sa.gov.au or filling in our contact form.
