eMIMS Elite - now available!

The eMIMS Elite platform will replace the current MIMS Online platform for SA Health staff on October 3 2023. 

There are several key benefits to the new platform, including:

• faster, more intuitive interface
• quicker, easy-to-use app-based access
• improved monthly updates
• integrated tool for medicines in pregnancy. 

To support the changeover to the new platform, both MIMS Online and the new eMIMS Elite platform will be available to use until October 3, at which time MIMS Online will be discontinued. For further information please contact the library.

Download the new eMIMS app

As part of the transition, the current MIMS Online app will be replaced by the new app, eMIMSplus. To download and use the new app:

Step 1: Download the app:

• eMIMSplus for Android
• eMIMSplus for Apple

Step 2: Obtain a mobile app token:

• Login to the browser version of eMIMS Elite.
• Click on the hamburger menu icon in the top right corner of the main menu (the three lines).
• Click on 'Request Mobile Token'.
• Enter your email address: a token will be sent to the email address provided. 
• Login to the eMIMSplus mobile app by entering the token in the app.
