Things are looking a little different

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving our services we implemented a new request and retrieval system on Monday, July 15th.

Our goal remains unchanged, to provide you with seamless access to the resources you need. Previously fulfilled requests will remain visible in our old z-portal system until early October:

Request a book or article

Use this service to request a book, an article or other resources that are not available from the library.

Looking for a previous request?

Documents requested prior to July 15 will be available to view and download until mid-October via our previous interlibrary loan portal.

If you cannot find your item using the above search functions, please use one of our manual forms to make your request.

Urgent requests

  • Contact the library if your request is required for URGENT patient care
  • Urgent requests are processed between the hours of 8:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) – pending staff availability
